What a great present for my step-son, he can't wait to go for his fun Segway day out, he said it's going to be a blast. When I ordered it I made a mistake and ordered to many, Find me a gift were quick to refund my money. Thank you:)

The website where I ordered the item failed to tell me post boxes were not acceptable. I received an email from 'Find Me a Gift' relating this and I provided my home address even though I'm in country Qld and mail is delivered slowly and sporadically! Ten days later I received an obscure text saying a parcel could be collected from a location about 100km from my house) or from the local computer shop! I responded to the text asking who they were (?) and why the local computer shop given I'd ordered nothing to do with electronics or computers!? I never received a reply but called by the computer shop anyway but there was nothing there. A few days later I received another text (anonymous) asking if my parcel had arrived. So I returned to the computer shop a few days later and there was a parcel addressed to me. It was the Snot Egg Separator I'd ordered some weeks earlier. So all this time I had no idea or reference as to what was being sent! I order many items online and there's always some reference to the item and seller which is sent via email or in some cases text. Pretty ordinary I'd say.

I bought this for a 60th Birthday came on time. Not been used yet but friend was happy as there are a number of options available

Ordered an RAF personalised t-shirt which their system then duplicated the order. They wouldn't accept responsibility or issue a return request/refund claiming it wasn't their fault. The goods are fair standard & I would be ordering more items, but for their customer service standards which are extremely poor & therefore I will be avoiding like the plague.

To difficult to get a reply for a query regarding the order and delivery

The print that I ordered was so amateur looking, very disappointed, when queried was told that was what I ordered, even though it was the black print that I understood was my purchase.I told them I was a loyal customer, but they said nothing they could do.......Wont be a loyal customer anymore, and certainly wont recommend them

Always a great site to visit for gift ideas and quick deliveries.My only slightly negative feedback would be that the usual choice of delivery is Hermes so often the box is damaged or looks like it’s seen better days when it arrives.Luckily goods tend to be wrapped well when breakable.

The gift came in time with the right personalisation I asked for.

I was so disappointed in my gift! I ordered a UK surname history plaque. I understand that not all companies trace history the same way, so I specifically asked if these plaques included outward emigration of names to other countries (in this instance - the first people with the Surname Snow in the Caribbean). I was told the plaque would include a George and Adan Snow who moved to Barbados. When the plaque arrived, this information was excluded! I have since contacted another seller who has sent me a complete history. I am frustrated that I cannot return the product. I understand it is personalized but I was misled before purchase.

Gifts are great and a really good site for stocking fillers only downsides are the postage and packaging with the first taking a while to arrive and the second all crammed into a box with no bubble wrap or anything so some of the gifts boxes were a little tatty but on the whole good site ,will order from again for next Christmas
